Tromborg | Face and Body Oils

If I had to choose only one beauty brand to use for the rest of my life, I would choose Tromborg.

I’ve discovered this brand in 2014 thanks to a Danish acquaintance and until now I had the possibility of trying many of their products (thanks to the lovely PR team) and everything I’ve used matches my skin needs perfectly in terms of textures, the way the products smell, the way they feel on the skin and in terms of efficiency. I’m also a fan of their beautiful product packaging that can be reused.

The base of Tromborg‘s face oils are macadamia nut (which has an incredible ability of delaying aging of your skin), rose hip seed (which works wonders for a sensitive skin, it repairs, protects and boosts the production of collagen for a firmer and younger-looking appearance), safflower (which is efficient for issues including eczema, psoriasis, acne; it also promotes elasticity and reduces the appearance of wrinkles) and kukui nut (which soothes and helps the skin maintain a healthy balance) alongside calendula and vitamin E.

There are three versions of face oils and the brand has recently changed their packaging, the products were housed in bottles with pumps before and now the bottles have pipettes. I confess that I love the old packaging more.

This one is my absolute favourite because it smells of the most wonderful mix of lavender and vanilla. I use it when I feel stressed or depressed!

This face oil contains grape fruit, vanilla, rosemary, lemon grass and lemon balm. It is great for dull skin!

If you have sensitive and/ or problematic skin, you should opt for this face oil. It contains: lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint Mitcham.

 
The products are super versatile, I love to use them for a face massage, I mix them in my face cream, I use them as a base for my makeup in order to make the foundation look sheer and natural and I use them on their own after I cleanse my face.

A little goes a very long way and one bottle lasts longer than a year. The texture is light, like a serum in oil, it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residues at the skin’s surface.

 
Tromborg‘s body oils have an even lighter texture than the face oils, they don’t stain the clothing, they are non-sticky and hydrate the skin all day long.

Their smell calm the senses instantly. They are efficient against tight muscles, they hydrate the cuticles and they make the skin looking smooth and beautiful especially after a dry brush. They can also be poured into the bath, however I prefer to use them directly on my skin because they are so precious. They are great for the décolleté area and breasts because of their firming and toning effects.
