Amouage is my favourite brand when it comes to packaging, there are no other fragrance bottles more beautiful than the Amouage fragrance bottles.
When it comes to the perfume itself, Amouage kind of intimidates me because I find their fragrances the most complex creations, with a lot of character and very powerful.
I don’t think that an Amouage perfume is for everybody; I think that one has to have a lot of character in order to be able to wear it.
Amouage Love Mimosa arrived in the post 2 weeks ago and when I saw the wonderful yellow bottle, I said to myself that this perfume is for me to love.
I was right, because although Love Mimosa is a floral fragrance (and I don’t usually wear anything floral), I truly love it and I’m wearing it ever since I received it.
It is a solar fragrance, it puts me instantly in a good mood, firstly when I see the bottle, when I touch it (the magnetic lid is fabulously satisfying) and when I apply the potion.
This perfume makes me smile! I think that this should be the effect of a good fragrance, and Love Mimosa delivers 100%.
It’s floral, yes, however very gourmand, with a sweetness that makes me want to taste it and a freshness that transports me in the nature.

This is a powerful fragrance and you don’t need to spritz a lot in order to be able to smell it until de next day, so the bottle will last a lot.
Top Notes: violet leaf, cascalone, orris;
Middle Notes: mimosa, pear, paradisone;

In love with the packaging of this wonderful perfume but even more so with the notes that characterize it!
Nice. I really like the bottle. I’ve always enjoyed yellow. I will have to try this out.
The bottle is beautiful. I don’t like perfumes with a powerful fragrance. Mild fragrance is good for me due to allergic reactions.
This looks like a very luxurious perfume. I like the packaging as well, and I would be tempted to play with the magnetic lid too. I’d like to test and see if I like the aroma.
