Estée Lauder‘s PR team kindly sent me last year their limited edition beauty box called About My Night. The carefully curated box contained 5 of the brand’s best products, which were meant to pamper my epidermis, work like a beauty treatment and improve the aspect of my skin. The cure was intended for the night routine, however I used the products in the morning and the evening.
The About My Night Beauty Box contained the:
– Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Balm (€ 38,00/ 100ml);
– Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Toning Lotion/ Refiner (€ 28,00/ 100ml);
– Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II (€ 113,50/ 50ml);
– Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Recovery (€ 62,50/ 15ml);
– Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme (€ 64,00/ 30ml).
Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Balm
This cleansing balm resembles a lot Clinique’ s Take The Day Off cleansing balm (there is a small price difference between the two, about 8€).
The Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Balm smells lovely of aromatic plants (while Take The Day Off is odourless).
The packaging is a beautiful plastic jar (which I’ve decided to reuse after I’ve finished the balm).
The solid texture of the product liquifies when in contact with the warmth of the skin and dissolves all the makeup (even the most waterproof) leaving the skin perfectly clean.
It doesn’t dry out the epidermis and it’s perfect for sensitive and dry skins.
It’s also perfect for face massage.
A little goes a very long way.
Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Toning Lotion/ Refiner
This toning lotion is odorless and has a watery texture. It doesn’t dry out the skin and feels comfortable.
I didn’t see any exfoliating effects and that is why I will stick to my favourite exfoliating toner: Clinique Clarifying Lotion 3.
I would recommend this toner for dry, sensitive and mature skin.
Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II
Now, there are few people who don’t like one of the most famous serums in the whole beauty industry.
I’m definitely a fan and I’m using this product for many years now.
It’s a product which generally improves the aspect of the skin; it has a plumping effect, it’s anti-inflammatory, it has a smoothing effect, it calms down the epidermis, it boosts tired skin, it de-puffs.
I’m using it in the morning and the evening and during the summer I like to keep it in the fridge.
A little goes a very long way.
This product is really good!
For even more efficient results, combine the serum with the Advanced Night Repair Intensive Recovery Ampoules or the Advanced Night Repair Recovery Mask-in-Oil.
Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix Synchronized Recovery
I love this product as much as I love the serum and you can read my full review about it here.
It has a light balm-like texture, which is excellent especially for dry skin.
It de-puffs, evens out the skin, reduces fine lines, lifts and makes a great makeup basis.
I keep this one in the fridge as well!
Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme
This product has a thick balm-like texture which plumps, hydrates and smooths out the skin. It has a cocooning effect and it’s perfect especially during winter.
It refreshes the epidermis and offers a healthy glow to the skin.
I recommend it for dry and mature skin.
Estee Lauder for the win!
These sound like products for my older skin. They would help me keep my skin young looking
I’m a big fan of the Advanced Night Repair serum. It’s so good! I really want to try out the cleansing balm though!

You lucky duck! I can’t believe you got to use a whole line from Estee Lauder. I am very interested in the cleaning balm.
I love the sound of that cleansing balm! And this creme would be so good during winter!
Love Estee Lauder! Thanks for sharing the review on these products.
Thank you for sharing your experience, these products look amazing! I love your photos, too, they’re beautiful and show off the product!
So many great products for dry skin, which I definitely have. I haven’t tried any of Estee Lauder’s skincare but I’m definitely curious to check out these items.
Such great products to try! And the benefits they have are so amazing. Love those products!
Oooh the advance night repair serum sounds like the product for me! Definitely have to add this to my shopping list. Thank you for your review!!
My Mum used to use Estee Lauder when I was a little girl and now that I am getting into my 40’s – I’m struggling to find something I like for my skin. Now I think its time I take a page out of my Mum’s book and try it. Thanks for the info!
I’ve been adding skincare to my daily routine, and it’s been such a relief at the end of the day. Estee Lauder has been a staple to my skincare routine for years. Worth checking out this night repair collection
Honestly, I am so fed up about my face now. I am 43 and my breakouts are getting worse. It’s not acne but comedones and I am really bothered by them! All I want is to literally remove the top layer of my face. pffft.
I have a few girlfriends who SWEAR by Estee Lauder, I’m personally a Clinique girl as it works best for my skin (after YEARS of searching) and it has a nice price point. I did try one of their eye cremes and found that the fragrance was too much for me.
I just love Estee Lauder products! These products sound like something that I would like to try. Thanks for sharing the review on these products.
I love this brand and I already tried their Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate and I super love it. Everything about Estee Lauder is a hit!
This is a great post! I believe it’s time for my skin to get used with products for my age. ??
