Clinique x Marimekko is the most fun collaboration that I’ve seen in a long while and I would like to congratulate both brands for this collection which is full of colour and texture, just perfect for the warm season.
Marimekko (read more about the Finnish design house) patterns and colours are so wonderful and I think that they match the more minimalistic Clinique packaging to perfection!

- NEW Clinique Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration in 20 shades
- Clinique Pop™ Lip Colour + Primer in 10 shades
Clinique x Marimekko | Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration (€22.00/4.5ml)
The glosses are a brand new product with a lovely formula: hydrating, with a slightly shiny texture that gives the lips a juicy look, non-sticky and comfortable to wear.
The formula contains watermelon extract, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E.
The products don’t have a long staying power and transfer to the coffee mug/ wine glass however the applicator is so well shaped that it makes the re-application very easy, I don’t even need a mirror.
Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration shades are not very pigmented, however they can be applied on top of the Pop™ Lip Colour + Primer (or on top of any other lipstick of your choice in order to add hydration and shine) for an intensified version.

These are the classic Lip Pop shades dressed up in the gorgeous Marimekko packaging.
They are buttery, hydrating and a pleasure to wear. The formula is nicely pigmented and it can be intensified by applying the Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration on top. Staying power: up to 4 hours without eating/ drinking in between.
LOOK 1 For this look I’ve applied Pop™ Lip Colour + Primer in Melon Pop and topped it with Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration in Pinot Pop
LOOK 2 For this look I’ve applied Pop™ Lip Colour + Primer in Raspberry Pop and topped it with Pop Splash™ Lip Gloss + Hydration in Fruity Pop

I love the vibrant colors of the lip glosses! I discovered Marimekko over 10 years ago, they have such cute designs. The collaboration between them and Clinique could have only been a success.
The colors here are so pretty! I have always been a fan of clinique makeup. I will have to grab one or two of these and try them for myself for sure!
