Together with a dermatologist, she developed the concept of the tailor-made beauty.

Madame Galland opened her first beauty salon in the Parisian avenue of Rue Chateaubriand in 1962.

The brand is now present on five continents and 40 countries; there are also over 10.000 Maria Galland beauty salons.

Maria Galland’s beauty products are not classified depending on the skin type but according to each and every skin’s particularity and needs.

Maria Galland’s beauty products are only available in the beauty salons because they are professional dermatological beauty treatments.

The brand develops a wide range of cosmetics from skincare for face & body, sun care, make-up and also a treatment concept developed especially for men.

I’m very interested in professional beauty products available only in salons and/or spas because they are, in my opinion the most effective ones.

I’ve been lucky enough to be able to try these two products and after 3 months of using them I’m ready to tell you how they work.

I’m a fan of enzymatic peelings and I’ve used a lot from different brands.

The D-220 Intensive Peeling is, for me personally, the most effective one so far.

It refines and shrinks my pores and maintains a clean area on my nose, which is VERY prone to developing blackheads.

It also improves the general aspect of my complexion; the skin looks refreshed and radiant after the treatment.

This is a very powerful peeling and I understand now why Maria Galland products are only available in professional salons.

It must be used with care and exactly how it is recommended.

I don’t deal with sensitive skin or skin issues and I usually use an enzymatic peeling more often than the recommended 2 times/ week.

However I only use D-220 Intensive Peeling once every week and I let it stay on my face exactly how it’s recommended: between 3 and 10 minutes.

It’s very effective, the skin looks VERY clean afterwards and it works wonderfully in case of dullness.

I don’t recommend the D-220 Intensive Peeling to be used in case you ladies deal with sensitive skin or acne!

I started using it after my holiday at the seaside, a perfect timing for offering my complexion a boost.

It is super hydrating and comfortable, it’s cocooning, refreshing and calming.

I love to use it even now during the cold season because the cooling effect shrinks my pores.

It makes a great second step after using the D-220 Intensive Peeling.

The 92 Hydrating Cooling Mask is recommended for each and every skin type!
