As you probably know, I did a makeup tutorial last week on my Instastories in which I had shown you my version of Valentine’s Day look; during this tutorial I had applied for the first time the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Stick, the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage and the new product, which has just been launched, the Custom Glow Drops.
You had sent me messages after my tutorial telling me that you would like to know more about these products, so here are all the details:
Teint Idole Ultra Wear Stick (€ 41,00)
I’ve been telling you during the tutorial that I’m not usually a fan of stick foundation, however this one made such a great impression.
It has a creamy and oil-free formula, so I recommend it for normal, combination and oily skin; it could also work on dry skin, if you thoroughly hydrate your complexion before applying the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Stick.
The product has buildable coverage with a natural-looking finish and is perfume-free (thumbs up for that, Lancôme!).
It feels very light and comfortable, it doesn’t oxidise or crease, it’s transfer-resistant and smudge-resistant.
It can be applied with a brush or with the fingers, the coverage is buildable from sheer to medium, and can be carried further to full coverage with a second layer of foundation.
The formula is so easy to work with and so comfortable, that the product can also be used as a concealer or for contouring.
I love it!
Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage (€ 32,00)
If you are a fan or if you need a full coverage concealer, then this is it!
It has a thick and creamy formula which sets pretty fast to a natural looking finish.
You need to apply the slightest amount of product and you can use a brush for it, however I like to apply it with my fingers.
It covers everything and it works even if you have very dark under eye circles because it is formulated with yellow and orange undertones that mask discolouration.
It’s comfortable and it lasts for hours without caking or creasing.
It’s definitely the kind of product I personally don’t use on a daily basis, because for me it’s too heavy.
Custom Glow Drops (€39,90/ 15ml)
During my tutorial I had used the shade Rose Glow as a highlighter on top of my cheek bones and I must say, what a great product!
It’s my favourite shade out of all four; it looks so good on the skin and it’s lightweight, you don’t even feel it.
The Custom Glow Drops are fragrance-free, have a lotion-like formula, work great on their own and also when mixed in the foundation.
I recommend the shade Champagne Glow to be mixed in the foundation in order to give the skin a natural highlight.
Rose Glow works the best on its own.
Golden Glow looks better when mixed in the foundation during summer when the skin is tanned because it enhances the sun kissed effect.
Bronze Glow looks beautiful when used on it’s own for contouring.
You can mix the Glow Drops with Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation in order to have a long lasting makeup or you can mix them with a tinted cream for a lighter effect.
And here is the Valentine’s Day makeup look from the Instastories!
I had promised a close up in order for you to see all the details (LOOK 1); also, besides the nude lipstick version that you saw me doing during the tutorial, I did a powerful lip version as well (LOOK 2).
I had used:
- Teint Idole Ultra Wear Stick in 03 Beige Diaphane;
- Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage in 025 Beige Lin;
- Custom Glow Drops in Rose Glow.

It looks very good on you! You go, girl!
What some absolutely wonderful offerings from Lancome, I really want to try those glow drops they look so pretty! I do need!
Make up is above and beyond confusing to me! I just don’t understand how there are SO MANY BRANDS of the EXACT SAME THING!!!! I do think Lancome is a nice brand though.
These shades look awesome. I might try them although I’m super shy
The highlighter drops look stunning! Glow up to the gods 🙂
wow the last two shots look amazing! i have used some lancome eye palette but not their foundation…yet! now u convinced me!
Aww, I love what these products do. Both looks are fabulous. I would rock the nude lipstick and the powerful lip version depending on my mood.
Wow! These shades looks beautiful. You looks gorgeous. I would like to try this.
Love look 2! And that Bronze glow. You are literally glowing!!
I’m not a huge makeup person. But those glow drops are beautiful! Also, your skin looks great!
Ooooh, the highlighter “glow” drops look so cool. I’ve never heard of this brand. Thanks for sharing!
These shades are all very nice. I just can’t understand how companies continue to add new shades as there are so many shades of makeup already.
You look brilliant in both looks. These are pretty expensive for my budget though. Maybe for a birthday gift 🙂
Makeup seems like one of those things that could be so confusing because there are just so many brands jockeying for position in the same market. So, it’s great that you do these reviews so that others know what the shades and colors look like side by side and what is really better and not just more expensive! FYI, I like the nude lipstick look more.
I really do like Lancome and that’s saying something because I really do hate ALL MAKE UP. I don’t use much and spend about 5 – 6 minutes in front of the mirror “doing stuff” to my face… Lancome is one of the few brands that I will actually look twice at!
