Guerlain | Météorites Happy Rosy Glow Collection

Guerlain | Météorites Happy Rosy Glow Collection

Guerlain celebrates 30 years of Météorites this year and the Happy Rosy Glow collection for Spring 2015 honours the birth of this makeup product created in 1987 by Dominique Szabo, at that time Guerlain’s Creative Director.

The Météorites were created in order to enhance any complexion and even now after so many years and with so much development going on in the beauty industry, there is nothing better than these pearls.

“We make what we know how to make and we sell what we make” – Pierre Francois Pascal Guerlain.

Guerlain Météorites Happy Rosy Glow Collection includes a small range of collector’s items and everything about the products is just beautiful.

The pearly white packaging is so delicate and elegant and it matches to perfection the rosy shades of the collection.

It’s a very feminine and elegant collection, which offers subtle pink freshness to the cheeks and lips, and also a glowy skin.

The pressed powder is a light-medium pink with warm undertones & silver sparkle.

It’s very subtle and has the brand’s signature violet scent; it gives the skin a natural freshness and works wonderfully as a highlighter.

It’s easily blendable and velvety on the skin with a staying power of 8+ hours.

It’s made with very soft natural fibres and makes the application efficient and rapid.

It’s easy to clean and dries quickly without altering it’s form or the softness of it’s bristles.

It’s conveniently sized for travel and like Guerlain’s new Foundation Brush, this one is also housed in a protective & washable sleeve to help prevent bacteria and/or bristle damage.

I also use it when I apply loose fixing powder, it works perfectly.

I’ve been using a lot of Guerlain brushes lately.

It’s great being in makeup school because I see how they work with different products and on different skins and I must say that most of them are great.

I’ll soon write an article about my favourite Guerlain makeup brushes, so stay put!

Guerlain KissKiss Lipstick 564 Pearly Pink – limited edition (€41,00) | I’m a fan of the KissKiss range because the lipsticks are super hydrating, comfortable, easy to apply and with a staying power of 4+ hours which is great for me since I usually apply the lipstick in the morning and don’t have to retouch it until after lunch.

This cute, girly shade is great for spring, however soft enough to look good on the lips throughout the year.

It can be worn in one layer for a more sheer look, or combined with a lip pencil for a more intense look.

Guerlain is my favorite luxury makeup brand and the Meteorites are the one product that I cannot live without. That new blush looks very tempting! Thanks for sharing!
