Giorgio Armani Beauty means impeccable quality and everything I’ve used so far was really, really good. My first contact with this brand was when I tried the Mestro Fusion Makeup, which was like nothing else I’ve tried before.
So, imagine my excitement when I received the new Giorgio Armani foundation, called Power Fabric which was created by combining the technology of my beloved Maestro Fusion Makeup and the Eye Tint; I knew from the beginning that it has to be a match for me.
It was launched in Belgium in February and it’s available in 15 shades.
Giorgio Armani Power Fabric Longwear High Cover Foundation SPF 25 (€53/ 30ml) | This liquid foundation is currently my favourite.
I’ve had some acne episodes lately and the product helped me cover all the nasty stuff, that’s why I’m recommending this foundation to all of you ladies who deal with skin imperfections.
I’ve received the shade 5.5, which, as you can see in the swatch photo, is darker then my skin; however, when applied on the face, this foundation adapts to my skin colour almost up to 100% (when my skin will be tanned, the foundation will be a perfect match).
It has buildable medium to full coverage, the formula is creamy, easy to work with and a little goes a long way.
I prefer to apply the foundation with my fingers or with my Artis brush; it blends beautifully and it evens out the skin.
It has a slightly flowery scented formula, it is light, hydrating, it lasts 8+ hours (sometimes with a retouch of powder on my T-zone after 4 hours) without caking, it doesn’t bring out the fine lines, it’s transfer resistant and comfortable to wear.
I recommend it to all of you ladies who deal with sensitive skin, who need full coverage and to those of you who deal with combination & dry skin.
It could be too much for oily skin (if you deal with oily skin, you should better try a sample first).
